Shipping Coordinator

Brockton, MA

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for supporting all areas of the shipping process by following the necessary procedures too accurately and efficiently ship products to customers.

Routing/Vendor Compliance

  • Ensure that orders are shipped in accordance with customer routing guides
  • Maintain working knowledge of customer compliance requirements
  • Communicate with customers and trucking companies to confirm/coordinate routing and pickups
  • Supply order, routing and shipment information to EDI and CSR departments
  • Release orders for group picking
  • Route shipments via customer routing portals
  • Maintain routing instructions and PRO numbers to be used in BOL creation

Shipping

  • Create UPS/FedEx labels for small parcel shipments
  • Create shipping labels and record commercial invoice info for international shipments
  • Send ASN’s via email and vendor portals
  • Direct the proper organization, palletization and shrink wrapping of orders
  • Create pallet labels with all pertinent shipment information

Production Designer

Westwood, MA

This is a production designer is responsible for creating graphics for ’47 Headwear, Apparel and Sock Collections as well as processing art requests from the sales team. This position works in partnerships with designers providing daily support in all areas of the design process


Duties &

      Manager – Event Marketing & Partnerships

      Westwood, MA

      The Manager – Event Marketing & Partnerships is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of ’47 at all Trade & Consumer events, as well as managing ‘47’s strategic partnerships. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, the Manager – Event Marketing & Partnerships will identify, and execute at, key Trade Shows and Consumer facing events that best support ’47’s business and brand objectives while developing and maintaining strategic partnerships in the sports and lifestyle space. The successful execution of all events and partnerships will be delivered on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. The Manager – Event Marketing & Partnerships will report directly to the VP Marketing.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Research and identify key Trade Shows and Consumer events annually that support brand direction
      • Develop and manage a calendar and budget that supports all identified shows and events
      • Manage all Trade Show and Event supplier/vendor relationships
      • Work closely with other Marketing Managers to insure key visuals and messages delivered at Trade Shows and Events are consistent and on-brand

      Coordinator, Retail Marketing

      Westwood, MA

      The Coordinator, Retail Marketing is responsible for assisting the Global Retail Marketing Team with the development and execution of an engaging and authentic brand experience for the expanding ’47 Brand footprint in existing and new retail markets. The Coordinator, Retail Marketing will be responsible for day to day Retail Marketing initiatives including; co-op marketing, in-store signage, fixturing programs, events and sales contests. In addition the Coordinator, Retail Marketing will oversee product order entry and management for the Marketing Team. As an integrated member of the Marketing team, this position will support both US and global retail/wholesale account marketing initiatives and report directly to the Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      Associate Manager, Retail Marketing - Stadiums

      Westwood, MA

      The Associate Manager, Retail Marketing - Stadiums is responsible for managing the development and execution of engaging and authentic brand experiences for the expanding ’47 footprint in existing and new markets stadium channels. The Associate Manager, Retail Marketing – Stadiums will be responsible for all of stadium marketing initiatives including, but not limited to: team agreements, co-op and partnership marketing, in-store buildouts and signage, digital in-stadium, ecommerce marketing, fixturing programs, event marketing, and sales contests. The Associate Manager, Retail Marketing – Stadiums will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Partner on creating and executing dynamic ’47 stadium marketing plans for major brand campaigns, product launches, and events
      • Run point on the development and maintenance of on-brand fixturing and POP programs for stadium accounts to support brand direction and the diverse product offering available at stadium retailers

      The Sales Representative – Australia/New Zealand will be the primary person responsible for managing sales of our MLB product range to retail. This role will report into our International Business Development Group.       Job Responsibilities

      Senior IT Specialist

      To help manage the ‘47 application and infrastructure systems on a daily basis. Must provide timely feedback to all time sensitive issues in a professional structured manner.       B2B Site Administrator

      The B2B administrator works with the sales team to create, merchandise, analyze and mange seasonal catalogs and ad hoc assortments. This person works in unison with the marketing team to upload and communicate seasonal campaigns and the ’47 brand message to retailers. The Administrator also works with sales reps, customer service and technical teams to troubleshoot platform performance.

      Assistant Product Developer- Apparel

      This Assistant Product Developer- Apparel will be responsible for managing the development process for ’47’s apparel by collaborating closely with apparel designers and overseas manufacturers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and price points are achieved while ensuring that products are developed and delivered within established timelines.

      Design Standards

      Manager of Headwear Sourcing

      Westwood, MA

      This position will be responsible for leading the headwear development team for ’47 by collaborating primarily with the Design team and with domestic & overseas suppliers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and target pricing are achieved, and established production timelines are met


      Duties &
      Responsibilities

      Sourcing

      • Manage Development team workload and calendar
      • Identify and develop new supply partners for headwear and accessories styles
      • Collaborate with Purchasing to source production orders with alternate vendors when needed
      • Manage all core, seasonal, and SMU vendor pricing
      • Source new fabrics, washes, & embellishment techniques to aid Design in the creation of new style offerings for both ’47 & Fan Favorite
      • Participate in vendor meetings and factory visits as needed
      • Manage all social compliance requirements for new and existing vendors

      DEVELOPMENT & QUALITY CONTROL

      • Create and maintain key style documentation (tech packs, size specs, trim sheets, etc.) for core headwear styles/shapes
      • Develop and maintain all product standards for headwear and accessories styles, including standards for fit, material, colors, trims and other product elements
      • Direct new vendors in understanding and adhering to ’47 standards for embroidery, appliqué, and print standards for team logos across all leagues.
      • Lead the approval process for all sample submissions (protos, TOPs, strikeoffs) from alternate vendors
      • Collaborate with Photography on completed samples that need internal photos
      • Collaborate with Product Coordinator on all elements to facilitate production workflow for ’47 & Fan Favorite lines
      • Translate all branding with vendors
      • Manage all threads, yarns and trimsli>
      • Maintain archive of past lines for ’47 & Fan Favorite

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Degree from 4 year university or institution
      • Min 5 years experience working with Headwear & Accessories product groups
      • Ability/willingness to travel to overseas factories
      • Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

      Order Picker

      Brockton, MA

      The order picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking orders at assigned Distribution Centers in Brockton, MA and East Bridgewater, MA locations. They will also load and unload containers. Maintains an active role with daily projects while contributing to a positive team oriented distribution center.

      Order Picking

      • Accurately and efficiently pick orders
      • Communicate any issues or concerns as it relates to quantities, sku’s and product
      • Maintain proper usage RF technology

      Containers

      • Assist with the unloading of all containers
      • Ensure product is put away in proper location
      • Load trucks at days end to ensure all orders meet cancelation ship date

      Distribution Center Standards

      • Maintain a clean work area
      • Recycle all cardboard/plastic straps
      • Assist Team Members in fostering a safe, positive, cohesive work place

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent
      • 1-3 years’ work experience, preferably in a distribution center setting
      • Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
      • Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs
      • Strong verbal communication skills
      • Must be able to work well in groups and be a contributor to the team environment

      Customer Service Representative

      Westwood, MA

      Committed to creating an outstanding experience for our customers, the focus of this position is building and maintaining relationships while working closely and accurately with assigned Sales Reps to meet company goals.

      Service (Customer)

      • Answer phones to provide friendly, professional and thorough service
      • Handle all concerns in a timely manner i.e.; invoice copies, tracking, images
      • Assist with return requests, size issues, new vendor set-up and e-mail blasts
      • Must be very knowledgeable of all products and services offered
      • Focused attention to build and maintain relationships

      Order Management

      • Accurately and efficiently place orders
      • Communicate daily with assigned sales reps to provide order updates and obstacles
      • Utilize available inventory and customer order history to provide sales rep with additional opportunities
      • Review pending/open orders based on ship/cancel dates to ensure timely shipping
      • Effectively understands and communicates Hot Market programs

      Service (Sales Rep)

      • Assist reps with managing their account list
      • Ensure all customers are set-up with B2B, know how to utilize B2B, and be point person for all inquiries
      • Monitor all domestic orders, update rep of any issues, provide feedback to customers and include sales rep on the communication

      Systems

      • Must maintain full working knowledge of all systems as it relates to daily business
      • Ability to understand B2B, GBS, Brandboom: how to navigate and provide assistance

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Customer Service experience strongly preferred
      • Strong writing, mathematical and communication skills required
      • Extremely organized, highly energetic, ability to multi-task
      • Strong computer skills including Microsoft and general database programs
      • Ability to speak clearly, effectively and openly
      • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
      • 3-5 Years of Customer Service Experience
