Accounts Payable Associate

Westwood, MA

Committed to being a part of the accounts payable team focused on the timely and efficient processing of all AP needs for the entire wholesale division of ’47

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accounts payable process and travel expense reimbursements
  • Match all invoices with purchases orders and receiving documents ensuring that all bills represent authorized, legitimate purchases and have been signed by authorized personnel
  • Properly code and record expenses to the correct cost center/general ledger account and obtain appropriate department head approvals
  • Enter all invoices/vouchers for payment processing in a timely manner
  • Reconcile vendor statements on a weekly basis and handle vendor and internal inquiries
  • Assists in the annual financial statement audit, tax preparation and bank compliance audit
  • Prepare Inventory In-transit accrual on a monthly basis and A/P accrual at the year’s end

Account Receivable Associate

Westwood, MA

The Account Receivable Associate is responsible for overseeing the monthly collection of payments, providing follow-up with clients whose accounts are outstanding and ensuring effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

Monthly Aging

  • Oversee the monthly aging reports
  • Collect on any past dues, with onus on 45 days and over, followed by 60 days
  • Calling customers with orders on hold

Credit Applications/New Customers

  • Set-up and oversee all new customer accounts
  • Review and process all Credit Applications for new and potential customers

Account Specific Functions

  • Returns- Disputing and/or confirming any shortages or price discrepancy’s with the proper sales individual

International Customer Service Coordinator

Committed to accurately and efficiently placing all orders, becoming the main contact for customer/distributor inquiries, and keeping the sales rep abreast of all day-to-day operations.

Product Line Manager

The Product Line Manager will be responsible for build brand, retail and league-right, consumer relevant and sustainably profitable ranges in all assigned categories

Category Management

  • Create Seasonal Strategy for appropriate categories in collaboration with Design, Development, Sourcing, Brand Managers and Sales

Product Developer- Apparel

Westwood, MA

This Product Developer- Apparel will be responsible for managing the development process for ’47’s apparel by collaborating closely with apparel designers and overseas manufacturers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and price points are achieved while ensuring that products are developed and delivered within established timelines.

Design Standards

  • Work with designers to learn design process
  • Collaborate to understand development requirements of a style such as material, trim quality and construction intent

Apparel Development Manager

Westwood, MA

This position will be responsible for leading the apparel development team for ’47 Brand by collaborating primarily with the Design team and with domestic & overseas suppliers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and target pricing are achieved, and established production timelines are met.

Design and Quality Control

  • Collaborate with Designers to understand critical design information related to the technical development requirements of a style such as material, trim quality and construction intent.
  • Offer suggestions to Design on alternate construction possibilities to maintain efficiencies on price and bulk production.

Prototype Creation

  • Oversee the prototype creation process from initial concept through bulk production, ensuring all relevant details are provided to factories to maximize the accuracy of samples and production against design intention.
  • Source new fabrics, washes, & embellishment techniques to aid Design in the creation of new style offerings
  • Coordinate and Manage flow of Development samples with the Fit team
  • Attend and contribute to fit meetings across all collections
  • Coordinate with Fit Technician to ensure all styles are sized properly and consistently; assist in creation and maintenance of standard fit blocks and size grade rules.
  • Work with Marketing and Design teams on the creation and production of Capsule Collections and Collaborations.

Department Management and Training

  • Manage Development team of direct reports and their workload
  • Oversee the creation of Optitex 3D product images, and ensure images are completed within designated seasonal timeframes.

  • Assist team in troubleshooting orders that require special handling

Development Process

  • Manage Development Calendar to ensure deadlines are met across all collections

Senior Manager, Sourcing & Development of Headwear & Accessories

This position will be responsible for leading the headwear development team for ’47 by collaborating primarily with the Design team and with domestic & overseas suppliers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and target pricing are achieved, and established production timelines are met


Duties &
Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • Manage Development team workload and calendar
  • Identify and develop new supply partners for headwear and accessories styles
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to source production orders with alternate vendors when needed
  • Manage all core, seasonal, and SMU vendor pricing
  • Source new fabrics, washes, & embellishment techniques to aid Design in the creation of new style offerings for both ’47 & Fan Favorite
  • Participate in vendor meetings and factory visits as needed
  • Manage all social compliance requirements for new and existing vendors

DEVELOPMENT & QUALITY CONTROL

  • Create and maintain key style documentation (tech packs, size specs, trim sheets, etc.) for core headwear styles/shapes
  • Develop and maintain all product standards for headwear and accessories styles, including standards for fit, material, colors, trims and other product elements
  • Direct new vendors in understanding and adhering to ’47 standards for embroidery, appliqué, and print standards for team logos across all leagues.

Production Designer

This is a production designer is responsible for creating graphics for ’47 Headwear, Apparel and Sock Collections as well as processing art requests from the sales team. This position works in partnerships with designers providing daily support in all areas of the design process

      Order Picker

      Brockton, MA

      The order picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking orders. They will also load and unload containers. Maintains an active role with daily projects while contributing to a positive team oriented distribution center

      Order Picking

      • Accurately and efficiently pick orders
      • Communicate any issues or concerns as it relates to quantities, sku’s and product
      • Maintain proper usage RF technology

      Containers

      • Assist with the unloading of all containers
      • Ensure product is put away in proper location
      • Load trucks at days end to ensure all orders meet cancelation ship date

      Distribution Center Standards

      • Maintain a clean work area
      • Recycle all cardboard/plastic straps
      • Assist Team Members in fostering a safe, positive, cohesive work place

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent
      • 1-3 years’ work experience, preferably in a distribution center setting
      • Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
      • Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs
      • Strong verbal communication skills
      • Must be able to work well in groups and be a contributor to the team environment

      Customer Service Representative

      Westwood, MA

      Committed to creating an outstanding experience for our customers, the focus of this position is building and maintaining relationships while working closely and accurately with assigned Sales Reps to meet company goals.

      Service (Customer)

      • Answer phones to provide friendly, professional and thorough service
      • Handle all concerns in a timely manner i.e.; invoice copies, tracking, images
      • Assist with return requests, size issues, new vendor set-up and e-mail blasts
      • Must be very knowledgeable of all products and services offered
      • Focused attention to build and maintain relationships

      Order Management

      • Accurately and efficiently place orders
      • Communicate daily with assigned sales reps to provide order updates and obstacles
      • Utilize available inventory and customer order history to provide sales rep with additional opportunities
      • Review pending/open orders based on ship/cancel dates to ensure timely shipping
      • Effectively understands and communicates Hot Market programs

      Service (Sales Rep)

      • Assist reps with managing their account list
      • Ensure all customers are set-up with B2B, know how to utilize B2B, and be point person for all inquiries
      • Monitor all domestic orders, update rep of any issues, provide feedback to customers and include sales rep on the communication

      Systems

      • Must maintain full working knowledge of all systems as it relates to daily business
      • Ability to understand B2B, GBS, Brandboom: how to navigate and provide assistance

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Customer Service experience strongly preferred
      • Strong writing, mathematical and communication skills required
      • Extremely organized, highly energetic, ability to multi-task
      • Strong computer skills including Microsoft and general database programs
      • Ability to speak clearly, effectively and openly
      • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
      • 3-5 Years of Customer Service Experience
