I tried this hat on in the Mets store and a stranger told me they loved the look. I decided to make the purchase online and it is now my favorite game day hat

The underbill of the cap is a glittery green. Very unusual and not what I was expecting. They do not show this in the pictures online.

I love both the hats I got. They fit perfectly and look great!

Brand ‘47 products have been nothing short of reliable, skillfully crafted designs and headwear and my recent order just continues that sentiment but my latest experience is solely based on the customer service experienced rather than the actual products ordered;

I ordered on April 6th but never received additional updates on if my order was being delivered, as it continually sat in ‘being processed’. When contacting customer service, they stated a power outage had disrupted my order being processed. Which leads me to believe, if i hadn’t contacted customer service — I’d likely never receive my order BUT would have also been out over $100. 00. Customer service did not offer a discount or additional mystery hat due to the inconvenience, even though over 2 weeks had passed before the order finally was processed.

I wish there was a better customer experience to be had, regardless the hats ordered are fantastic but the overall experience dampened the excitement of the arriving order.
