Account Receivable Associate

Westwood, MA

The Account Receivable Associate is responsible for overseeing the monthly collection of payments, providing follow-up with clients whose accounts are outstanding and ensuring effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

Monthly Aging

  • Oversee the monthly aging reports
  • Collect on any past dues, with onus on 45 days and over, followed by 60 days
  • Calling customers with orders on hold

Credit Applications/New Customers

  • Set-up and oversee all new customer accounts
  • Review and process all Credit Applications for new and potential customers

Account Specific Functions

  • Returns- Disputing and/or confirming any shortages or price discrepancy’s with the proper sales individual
  • Produce POD’s and copies of invoices for customers as requested
  • Update the “spreadsheet” thoroughly each day
  • Organize folders after use/ filing system including daily invoices
  • Obtain Pre-Authorizations of all credit card orders
  • Break down EDI customer invoices

Cash Application

United Kingdom

Category Management

Customer Service Representative – Key Accounts

Committed to accurately and efficiently placing all orders, becoming the main contact for customer’s inquiries, and keeping the sales rep abreast of all day-to-day operations.

Compliance Manager

The Compliance manager will play a key role in driving the company’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, Customs Compliance and Vendor Compliance across the supply chain and in the company’s own practices

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the factory workplace audit and remediation process, including qualifying new factories for order placement
  • Evolve the policies and procedures necessary to maintain and grow the company’s CSR initiative, commensurate with growth of the company’s supply chain
  • Identify and manage innovative approaches to maintaining decent conditions of work that are consistent with company and stakeholder expectations
  • Assure that the obligations of a participating company in the Fair Labor Association and of colleges and universities are met and exceeded

  • Ensure our product valuation processes demonstrate “arm’s length” relationship to our vendors and are defendable in a Focused Assessment by CBP
  • Develop and implement a documentation retention program for import/export documentation ensuring fluid movement of goods and CBP needs are met
  • Proactively maintain up to date files for all Customers Vendor Compliance Manuals
  • As part of the Customer Compliance Team, assess the manuals, compare to current capabilities and document any discrepancies to support Continuous Improvement goals and chargeback reduction
  • Track Chargebacks and working with Customer Service and Sales to mitigate Customer Chargebacks for non-compliance
  • Maintain Vendor Compliance manual and work with Quality Assurance to develop analytical methods and maintain Vendor Scorecards
  • Develop and implement quarterly reporting capabilities
  • Monitor incoming shipments to proactively ensure compliance with all Vendor Compliance Manual requirements

Production Designer

This is a production designer is responsible for creating graphics for ’47 Headwear, Apparel and Sock Collections as well as processing art requests from the sales team. This position works in partnerships with designers providing daily support in all areas of the design process

      Senior Manager, Sourcing & Development of Headwear & Accessories

      This position will be responsible for leading the headwear development team for ’47 by collaborating primarily with the Design team and with domestic & overseas suppliers to ensure that design integrity, quality, fit and target pricing are achieved, and established production timelines are met

      Sourcing

      • Manage Development team workload and calendar
      • Identify and develop new supply partners for headwear and accessories styles

      • Create and maintain key style documentation (tech packs, size specs, trim sheets, etc.) for core headwear styles/shapes
      • Develop and maintain all product standards for headwear and accessories styles, including standards for fit, material, colors, trims and other product elements
      • Direct new vendors in understanding and adhering to ’47 standards for embroidery, appliqué, and print standards for team logos across all leagues.
      • Lead the approval process for all sample submissions (protos, TOPs, strikeoffs) from alternate vendors
      • Collaborate with Photography on completed samples that need internal photos
      • Collaborate with Product Coordinator on all elements to facilitate production workflow for ’47 & Fan Favorite lines
      • Translate all branding with vendors
      • Manage all threads, yarns and trimsli>
      • Maintain archive of past lines for ’47 & Fan Favorite

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Degree from 4 year university or institution
      • Min 5 years experience working with Headwear & Accessories product groups
      • Ability/willingness to travel to overseas factories
      • Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

      Customer Service Representative

      Service (Customer)

      • Answer phones to provide friendly, professional and thorough service
      • Handle all concerns in a timely manner i.e.; invoice copies, tracking, images
      • Assist with return requests, size issues, new vendor set-up and e-mail blasts
      • Must be very knowledgeable of all products and services offered
      • Focused attention to build and maintain relationships

      Order Management

      • Accurately and efficiently place orders
      • Communicate daily with assigned sales reps to provide order updates and obstacles
      • Utilize available inventory and customer order history to provide sales rep with additional opportunities

      • Assist reps with managing their account list
      • Ensure all customers are set-up with B2B, know how to utilize B2B, and be point person for all inquiries
      • Monitor all domestic orders, update rep of any issues, provide feedback to customers and include sales rep on the communication

      Systems

      • Must maintain full working knowledge of all systems as it relates to daily business
      • Ability to understand B2B, GBS, Brandboom: how to navigate and provide assistance

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Customer Service experience strongly preferred
      • Strong writing, mathematical and communication skills required
      • Extremely organized, highly energetic, ability to multi-task
      • Strong computer skills including Microsoft and general database programs
      • Ability to speak clearly, effectively and openly
      • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
