Purchases made on 47brand.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
'47 does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned product.
All returns must be processed through the retailer where the products were originally purchased: i.e., '47 purchases made at a team pro shop or at a stadium store must be returned through those retailers and cannot be returned through 47brand.com. Products purchased at a '47 retail store, at either the '47 Boston or '47 Northshore locations, must be returned to the store from which they were purchased.
#47Mystery product cannot be returned and is final sale.

Please include your name, address, 47brand.com order number, email address and a note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return.
'47 does not offer traditional product exchanges.
Instead, we recommend returning your original item (see "Returns" above) and immediately placing a new 47brand.com order for a replacement item. Your original form of payment will be refunded when we receive the returned product. By placing a new order right away, your new product will arrive much faster than waiting for us to receive your old product.
You may also wait to place your new order until after we have received your returned product and processed your refund. Once your return is processed, we will send you a free shipping code to cover shipping costs on your exchange order.
47brand.com offers reliable FedEx shipping to ship SmartPost, Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day. We have flat shipping rates, meaning that your shipping costs remain the same no matter how many products you order.
All packages are insured and tracked for your convenience. You will receive a tracking number for your purchase via email once it has been confirmed that your package has shipped. If you have a 47brand.com account, you can also check there to see your order status.
Your order will process and ships within five business days of your order being placed. Most orders placed by 1:00pm EST Monday - Friday are typically shipped within two business days. Please note that during high periods of high volume, this process may take longer.
For 2nd Day or Next Day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm EST Monday - Friday, or they will be shipped the following business day.
FedEx does not deliver on weekends.
