Returns & Exchanges


  • Purchases* made on the '47 ecommerce site (www.47Brand.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. '47 does not cover return shipping costs or services. All returns must be accompanied by the below information. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 5 business days from receipt.
  • All returns and/or exchanges must be processed through the retailers where the products were originally purchased. Further, purchases made at a '47 retail store on Newbury Street must be returned to '47 Newbury Street.
  • *#47Mystery product cannot be returned and is final sale

  • To exchange an order, we recommend returning your original item (see “Returns”) and then placing a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.
  • Alternatively, you may wait until after your refund is processed (i.e., when your return product is received by our team) to place an exchange order. We'll forward along another code for free shipping when your return is processed.

Shipping & Tracking

  • 47Brand.com offers reliable FedEx shipping. We use FedEx to ship SmartPost, Ground, Next Day and 2nd Day. We have flat rates for all of our shipping, that way no matter how much you order, it’s the same cost. FedEx allows us to have all of our packages insured and tracked for your convenience
  • Your order will process and ship within 5 business days of your order being submitted. Most orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are usually shipped within 2 business days. Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer. 
  • You will receive an order update with a FedEx Tracking Number included
  • FedEx does not deliver on weekends
  • For Next Day or Second Day delivery, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 1PM EST, otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day

How Can I View the Status of My Order?

  • Log into My Account. From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, check order status, view all account options, and update your account information.


What Payment Types Do You Accept?

  • Alternative accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and PayPal Express for your convenience.


What Are Your Shipping Options?

  • All individual orders are shipped using FedEx.

Can You Ship to a P.O. Box?

  • Yes we can. You must select FedEx SmartPost as the shipping method. We cannot ship Ground, 2nd Day or Next day orders to a P.O. box.

Do You Ship Internationally?

  • We ship internationally to Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not ship beyond the US/Canada at this time, or accept credit cards with international billing addresses. We do however work with international retailers. To learn of possible retailers in your area please e-mail wholesale@47Brand.com

Do I Have to Sign For My Shipment When It Arrives?

  • We do not require signature for residential deliveries.

  • ’47 products have been sold at thousands of retailers all around the globe since 1947. We will try our best to help you locate availability in your favorite items. We ask that you’re patient and provide us with as much information as possible regarding the product and we’ll do our best to hunt it down.

What Are the Care Instructions For Your Clothing?

  • Most of our apparel should be washed in cold water with like colors only. Hang dry or Tumble dry on low for best results. Care instructions are also listed on the garments themselves.

What are the care instructions for your hats?

  • If you must wash your hat, wash it in the top shelf of your dishwasher.
