Return Policy
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, we are more than happy to accept returns within 90 days of the original order. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you incorrectly or arrived damaged please contact us immediately so that we can better assist you with this issue. Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns.
When sending items back, please include the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Original order number (if available)
- Contact information such as email or phone
- A note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return
We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when shipped back to us. It is recommended that you insure and track your packages. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request for any reason, we will contact you to discuss alternate options.

How to Place an Order
What happens if my item is out of stock?
While we try to make sure that every order is fulfilled completely, this may not always be the case. In the event that we are out of stock of your item we will contact you as soon as possible with alternate options.
What types of payment does 47Brand.com accept?
47Brand.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All transactions must be validated with the billing address associated with the credit card.
What happens when you are charged?
Generally, credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. However, when you pay for your order using a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance.
Do you gift wrap?
No, we are unable to gift wrap for you, but we can add a note to your order. When placing your order please leave your message in the customer notes and write that it is a gift and we will take care of it to the best of our ability.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to subtract items from your order. We are not able to add products to your order, so if you want additional product please place a seperate order.

How will my order be shipped?
47Brand.com offers reliable UPS shipping. We use UPS to ship Ground, Next Day, and 2nd Day. We have flat rates for all of our shipping, that way no matter how much you order, it's the same cost. UPS allows us to have all of our packages insured and tracked for your convenience.
Does UPS deliver on the weekends?
No, UPS only delivers Monday Through Friday.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Generally it is up to the UPS driver's discretion whether to leave a package at a location or not. If you need a signature on your package please write that in your customer notes.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes and will need a physical address to ship to.
What days does 47Brand.com not ship orders?
47Brand.com follows the UPS holiday schedule. We cannot ship on the days below, please be aware that UPS packages are not delivered these days either.

What are my shipping options with UPS?
47Brand.com offers express shipping options. Express shipped orders must be placed by 11am each business day.
For Next Day or Second Day delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11:00am EST, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.
